Some of his books have been used as university textbooks across 30 college campuses. As a musical artist, Don has recorded five albums, performing with artists such as Tammy Wynette and Willie Nelson. Dr. Steele has been a keynote speaker and consultant at Fortune 500 and Inc. 5000 companies. Don founded Performance Learning, Inc., his own coaching and consulting business, in 1987.
